The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the account dashboard. ya777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals submitted by verified players are processed within 15 minutes for bank transfers and within 5 minutes for OVO and DANA e-wallet withdrawals during standard processing hours (06:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window. ya777 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer (for example, 30x the bonus amount). Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn. ya777 will clearly display the current progress of your wagering requirement in the account dashboard.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements:

ya777 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using mathematical or mechanical strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements at negligible risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"); and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, ya777 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend or close the Account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
Bonus funds not used within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. ya777 does not restore expired bonuses.
All slot and table game outcomes on the ya777 Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. ya777 does not alter or influence game outcomes in favour of the Platform.
Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operated by certified providers including Evolution Gaming. All live games use physical dealing equipment and real-time streaming without editing. ya777 does not have access to studio operations and cannot influence live game outcomes.

No compensation is payable for any inconvenience caused by technical interruptions beyond the return of staked funds.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ya777 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:
ya777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
If you request Account closure on responsible gaming grounds (including self-exclusion), ya777 will process the closure immediately and apply the requested exclusion period. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, and circumstances beyond ya777's control (including force majeure events such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, and acts of government) may cause temporary unavailability. ya777 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime beyond the return of affected stakes where applicable.
Gambling involves financial risk. ya777 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by a Player on the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of gambling and accept that losses are a possible outcome of every wager. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ya777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
